Schools, academies, and recruiters can group related hiring needs in one job post. Each position still has its own title, location, salary, working hours, start timing, age group, and contract summary, so teachers can compare real opportunities instead of searching through one long advertisement.
Reviewed before publication
Job posts are not published automatically. ESL Compass reviews the organization, required position details, and application destination before publication. Employers remain responsible for keeping their information accurate, current, and lawful.
Applications continue outside ESL Compass
When a teacher chooses a position, ESL Compass opens the employer’s application website or email link. With the teacher’s consent, we record the selected positions and contact details for the employer. This record shows that an application was started, not that it was completed.
